E-Trading Asia.com is not liable or responsible of the information about the products or services offered on the web site or any transaction conducted on between users. The Users fully assume the risks of purchase and sale transactions on the market place.

Limited Warranty, indemnity and liability
The user of our database by users is at his own risk. User shall indemnify Etradingasia.com from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising or which may arise out of user's breach of these Terms. Etradingasia.com will not be responsible for any damage from communication circuit failure, hard disk failure including loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, miss-deliveries, or service interruption caused by users and third party's negligence, error or omissions, or database uninterruption, timely, securely or error free. User shall be entirely responsible for transactions carried out by himself and other users.

Termination
E-Trading Asia may immediately end, suspend or restrict User's access to the Service without prior notice if: user breaches these Terms and, if the breach can be remedied, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, user fails to remedy the breach within 7 days from the day E-Trading Asia gives notice to user requiring user to do this.

Intellectual Property Rights
All rights and interests in all Intellectual Property and all concepts will remain the exclusive property of E-Trading Asia. The Site and Etradingasia.com contents embodies intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws.

General
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand and legal proceedings in connection with this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
